Ever since cases pertaining to sexual harassment of women started to emerge from the Indian entertainment industry late last year, as a premier stake holding producers’ body representing film, television and digital content creators, Producers Guild of India decided to initiate constructive action on this significant issue. A Committee to implement PoSH regulations was formed within Guild, followed by selection of external agencies, workshop for members to create awareness, circulation of Handbook, Lawbook, sample posters etc.
